ACER PALMATUM (JAPANESE MAPLES)
RED UPRIGHT MAPLES:  These maples are widely used as a centerpiece for the yard or speciman plant for a focus area.  Within the red upright group there are several variations for leaf and color from bright orange to deep purple.  Most of the reds become large, but like most maples can be managed with prunning. A red upright is a good choice for any yard for the color is bold and on a maple, demands attention.
